What entrepreneurs do you admire and why?
John Legere who is a current CEO of T-Mobile. Mostly because he's attitude, he's very competitive and wants to win. Legere loves and believes in the brand so much that everything he's wearing is branded at least with T-Mobile logo. Also he's not afraid to annoy the competitors with real facts that let T-Mobile shine out.
Tell about your team dynamics.
We have four Co-Founders. I and Grete Urbel are responsible for the business side and Lauri Lüüs and Eduar Caro are responsible for developing. I feel that such balance between business and tech is very good to make things happen What have been your key learning when doing your startup:
Setting up a team who has the right synergy and attitude is very hard. You can find skilled people but this is only the half the job
What does success look like for your startup?
Basically Tipoff wants to change two things: 1) Marketing and sales service's pricing should be in direct correlation with the business results (sales); 2) Selling process should always be pleasant for the customer (at the right time at the right place). If we can do these things then we can say we have changed something.
